ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – Outside Sales

CONTRACTS AND BILLING ADMINISTRATOR (CBA)

The Contracts and Billing Administrator (CBA) will coordinate with sales and service operations as well as the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate billing according to client expectations. The CBA will ensure client data is accurately entered and maintained within our internal systems and that business objectives are met in a timely manner. It will be the responsibility of the CBA to review all documents for completion and detect ambiguities, inaccuracies, and conflicts with company policies. In addition, the CBA will be required to develop an intermediate understanding of the industry, equipment, and practices of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Enter new contracts received from the Sales Administrator
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy by verifying issues with sales reps
  • Monitor expiration reports & determine renewals
  • Process terminations and machine swaps
  • Inactivate returned or retired equipment upgraded with new deals
  • Maintain customer information i.e. AP, meter collector, address, email, phone, etc.
  • Provide requested customer information to Sales Reps
  • Receive equipment for Inter-Territorial and Canon National Accounts; enter PO & SO
  • Notify service department of ITT/CNA installs or removals
  • Validate meters; correct suspect meters
  • Call or email customers for meters
  • Create invoices and verify accuracy of billing date; revise any errors
  • Enter CNA invoices & meters
  • Provide backup support for other administrative positions

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT APPLICATION SPECIALIST

Due to the growth potential in the Charlotte market, we are currently seeking an experienced Document Management Application Specialist. Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support and Consultation for assigned software applications to Sales Reps, Analysts, and Customers. Be able to engage in all aspects of the Software Pre-Sales cycle – Discovery, Qualification, Validation, and Proposal. Also, conduct up to C-level conference calls, live demonstrations, and proofs of concepts (POCs). Communicate key competitive differences between products, elevating the customer’s confidence in the proposed solution set and manage appropriate customer and Sales expectations relating to the proposed solution from a Sales and Implementation cycle.

Skills/Requirements: We are looking for a top achiever with experience in implementing successful installations with most popular Document Management, Document Storage, Document Tracking and Billing software applications. Specifically, knowledge of Canon’s UniFLOW and/or Therefore software applications is a definite plus. Training for these applications is available for the right person.

Create Statement of Work / Scope of Work documents to ensure appropriate description of upcoming implementation is described; including, but not limited to solution requirements, functional specifications, diagrams, work packages, and time estimation remain current on developments of assigned solutions portfolio (new features, patches, competitive landscape, etc.)

In addition, this person should possess basic general knowledge of SQL, IIS, Servers, Printing, Desktop OS’s – Windows and Macintosh. Support such as analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and evaluating existing network systems, though not required, is also a plus.

PRODUCTION / CRD SALES SPECIALIST

Due to the growth potential in the Charlotte market, we are currently seeking an experienced Production / CRD Sales Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

This person will be responsible for meeting with current and future clients to explain the products and services we offer. This person will be responsible for procuring new business, and developing a network of contacts and resources in existing accounts.
