Responsibilities:

  • Market all Hendrix products and services by calling on and maintaining relationships with established clients and prospects within assigned territory.
  • Expand business market-share and establish new customers through consistent prospecting activities.
  • Manage existing customers to grow and maintain the business relationships.
  • Keep customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products.
  • Meet established Sales and Prospecting quota’s.
  • Work with Management, specialists, and/or cross-function team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years outside B2B sales experience IN THE OFFICE EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY. No need to apply if you do not have a prior Office Equipment sales background.
  • Experience working with key decisions makers (C-level managers).
  • Strong work ethic.
  • BS/BA in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT APPLICATION SPECIALIST

Due to the growth potential in the Charlotte market, we are currently seeking an experienced Document Management Application Specialist. Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support and Consultation for assigned software applications to Sales Reps, Analysts, and Customers. Be able to engage in all aspects of the Software Pre-Sales cycle – Discovery, Qualification, Validation, and Proposal. Also, conduct up to C-level conference calls, live demonstrations, and proofs of concepts (POCs). Communicate key competitive differences between products, elevating the customer’s confidence in the proposed solution set and manage appropriate customer and Sales expectations relating to the proposed solution from a Sales and Implementation cycle.

Skills/Requirements: We are looking for a top achiever with experience in implementing successful installations with most popular Document Management, Document Storage, Document Tracking and Billing software applications. Create Statement of Work / Scope of Work documents to ensure appropriate description of upcoming implementation is described; including, but not limited to solution requirements, functional specifications, diagrams, work packages, and time estimation remain current on developments of assigned solutions portfolio (new features, patches, competitive landscape, etc.)

In addition, this person should possess basic general knowledge of SQL, IIS, Servers, Printing, Desktop OS’s – Windows and Macintosh. Support such as analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and evaluating existing network systems, though not required, is also a plus.

PRODUCTION / CRD SALES SPECIALIST
