METER COLLECTION COORDINATOR – IT SUPPORT

Type of Position: Full-Time Monday – Friday 8-5 – $11/hour

Job Summary:

Hendrix Business Systems is looking for an Entry-Level Meter Collection Coordinator (IT focused) to be the liaison between the billing and service/IT departments, at its headquarters in Matthews. Hendrix now has 4 locations across North Carolina and is in need of a candidate who will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve meter collection issues to ensure the billing department is able to invoice customers in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. The candidate will need to be organized with the ability to take initiative when supporting management and co-workers. We are looking for someone with a beginning background in computer technology and IT support. Related vocational training is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter/remove machine data into meter collection agents
  • Monitor and identify machines that are not reporting
  • Troubleshoot and correct issues remotely, travel to customer location, or escalate to the service/IT dept
  • Communicate with customers regarding network issues that could be affecting equipment connections

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Beginning level computer and technical training with the ability to learn and efficiently navigate multiple industry specific programs: eAutomate, PrintFleet, imageWARE Remote, Xerox
  • Clean driving record; you will be required to travel at least 50% of the time using a company car. Travel will be HBS customers between the Charlotte and Raleigh markets
  • Must have strong work ethic, work independently, and be well organized
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Possess strong time management skills
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT APPLICATION SPECIALIST

Due to the growth potential in the Charlotte market, we are currently seeking an experienced Document Management Application Specialist. Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support and Consultation for assigned software applications to Sales Reps, Analysts, and Customers. Be able to engage in all aspects of the Software Pre-Sales cycle – Discovery, Qualification, Validation, and Proposal. Also, conduct up to C-level conference calls, live demonstrations, and proofs of concepts (POCs). Communicate key competitive differences between products, elevating the customer’s confidence in the proposed solution set and manage appropriate customer and Sales expectations relating to the proposed solution from a Sales and Implementation cycle.

Skills/Requirements: We are looking for a top achiever with experience in implementing successful installations with most popular Document Management, Document Storage, Document Tracking and Billing software applications. Specifically, knowledge of Canon’s UniFLOW and/or Therefore software applications is a definite plus. Training for these applications is available for the right person.

Create Statement of Work / Scope of Work documents to ensure appropriate description of upcoming implementation is described; including, but not limited to solution requirements, functional specifications, diagrams, work packages, and time estimation remain current on developments of assigned solutions portfolio (new features, patches, competitive landscape, etc.)

In addition, this person should possess basic general knowledge of SQL, IIS, Servers, Printing, Desktop OS’s – Windows and Macintosh. Support such as analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and evaluating existing network systems, though not required, is also a plus.

PRODUCTION / CRD SALES SPECIALIST

This person will be responsible for meeting with current and future clients to explain the products and services we offer. This person will be responsible for procuring new business, and developing a network of contacts and resources in existing accounts.
