Recap: Hendrix Business Systems Technology Showcase 2018

Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. recently successfully hosted our Technology Showcase event. This event took place at our recently expanded Charlotte, NC, Founders Hall location on April 12, 2018.

At Hendrix Business Systems, we sell a number of office products and software solutions. This event was the perfect opportunity for us to showcase to our clients and potential customers the variety of options we offer. 120 guests representing 51 companies attended and were treated to personal demonstrations of the products on hand. Lunch was catered by City Smoke and Aria.

Our technical showcase centered around demonstrations of our full suite of Canon and Xerox desktop printers, workgroup and high-production devices delivered by the manufacturer’s representatives, as well as our own Sales Representatives. In addition, we offered demonstrations of MBM ancillary finishing devices, such as cutters, folders, and shredders.

This year’s technology showcase, we added something new to the agenda; two special breakout sessions. The first breakout session, uniFLOW, covered areas such as print and copy cost controls, document security and mobile printing. The second breakout session, Square 9 Softworks, covered document capture automation, enterprise content management and business process management.

Hendrix Business Systems has been serving the North and South Carolina area for over 40 years with high volume copiers and printers. We take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended our event while looking forward to an even bigger and better showcase in 2019!

Hendrix Business Systems Celebrates Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting Event

Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. (HBS), a North and South Carolina independent Canon and Xerox office equipment dealer, hosted a special Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon cutting event with the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and the American Heart Association of Charlotte, as well as, partners and clients as their guests. This event celebrated the newly expanded Uptown Charlotte Showroom and Laboratory located in Founders Hall, 100 North Tryon Street.

Hendrix Business Systems Announces the Acquisition of ATS

Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. announces the acquisition of Advanced Technical Support, Inc. (ATS, Inc.) located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Combined, they are a company that will be better positioned to serve the changing needs of their customers across North and South Carolina.

Since 1976, Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. has strived to maintain and provide top level customer service throughout the Charlotte area. Over the past two years, Hendrix Business Systems expanded by opening two locations, one in Uptown Charlotte and the other in Greensboro, North Carolina. With the addition of ATS, Hendrix Business Systems is able to expand their geographic reach even further.

Mr. Terry Williams, owner of ATS, Inc. stated, “we are pleased to join forces with Hendrix Business Systems, which has a strong service history to allow ATS to better serve our existing customers and reach new customers across the Raleigh area. Being part of the Hendrix team will allow ATS to continue our long history of excellent customer service and greatly add to Hendrix’s existing business. As a result of the acquisition, ATS is adding the Canon product line to its offering, while continuing to proudly offer existing Xerox products. The combination of the two brands will allow ATS to be even more competitive in the Raleigh market place.
